At Top Leaf Cigar Lounge in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, we agree wholeheartedly with Mark Twain. No one should be forced to try to enjoy a cigar banished to the outdoors when the weather is not cooperating. That is one of the reasons why we established our cigar lounge – to give cigar enthusiasts over the age of 21 a place they could go and enjoy their cigar indoors. When the North Carolina smoke-free law went into effect in 2010, most places you could go to smoke no longer allowed such behavior, but thankfully, there was a provision for cigar lounges, and we were able to open our establishment and offer a place for cigar lovers to congregate.
We also believe that a good cigar is nothing without a good atmosphere and good company. At our cigar lounge, you are sure to find both. Whether you meet up with friends here or make some new ones, you are assured of a quality place to enjoy your cigar. With comfortable seating, a powerful smoke filtration system, and a temperature and humidity controlled environment, we have created a perfect location to pair a cigar with your favorite bourbon, wine, or beer.
